• Employer advice & guidance available – we can help advise you on the most effective recruitment options available for your budget, how to interview effectively, how to write an job advert to attract the right candidates, sift, interview and select in line with your vacancy requirements, competencies and company values.
• Redundancy support for your employees through what can be a difficult time, providing a duty of care for employees will ensure some of the worry and stress can be alleviated a little for those affected. Career Connect can provide one-to-one sessions for your employees or hold a workshop to help support your employees and prepare them for approaching the job market.
• Appraisals are extremely important to keeping your staff motivated and staying where they are. We believe in supporting sustainable employment, no matter how small your business is, appraisals should be implemented as quickly as possible. We can provide you with bespoke appraisal forms, provide you with coaching, advice & guidance, or come in and do the appraisals on your behalf.
